I tried reloading the keynote.txt file, no joy. I thought we were using the same keynote.txt file across the network, well i was wrong After an hour of head scratching and thoughts more explicit than "i'll get back to it". I've had a similar problem with disappearing keynotes this morning when i had to print some sheets from another computer (see attached). very odd.how do you get an annotation crop on a keynote legend? Didn't think that Revit would show annotations outside the annotation crop.but apparently I was wrong. If I pull the annotation crop out past the entire note then the list repopulated. I've tried taking the keynote legend off the sheet and putting it back.Įdit 2 - so now it seems like it's picking and choosing which views are on the sheet? I've noted 5 views now and it's only scheduling keynotes from one of the details.įigured it out - for some reason Revit was showing me the keynotes, but the annotation crop was running through them. I've tried taking the view off the sheet and putting it back. Now there aren't any keynotes populating in the legend. I deleted all of the keynotes that I had done, and replaced them all. Seems like a big issue to me.Įdit - okay, actually this isn't the case. If I add keynotes to the view once it's on the sheet, then the legend populates.but not any of the ones I had done previously.I guess I didn't know about this issue - just thought others should know. Well.this morning I added a new enlarged detail to my plan sheet.which I annotated before placing on my sheet.but my keynote legend is still empty.(none of the other views have been annotated yet)

So I've been using keynotes for this entire project, and have the legend filtered by sheet to keep the keynote numbers to a minimum on each sheet.
